➊ It has taken the record from Las Vegas High Roller, which is 167m high. And the famous London Eye is almost half its size (135m).

➋ Its original name was Dubai-I. The word Ain in translation from Arabic means "eye". The 48 capsules provide a 360° birds' eye view and can accommodate a total of 1,900 people.

➌ The total length of 192 cable wires is 2,400km – the distance from Dubai to Cairo. Each spoke weighs about 5 tons and is equal to the length of a football pitch. Weight of the rim is equivalent to 16 Airbus A380s.
